As-Built Survey & 3D Rendering
As-built architectural survey of a restaurant and leisure venue (889 m²) for regulatory compliance. We produced a full drawing set — site plan, dimensioned floor plans, sections, elevations — plus immersive Lumion renderings of the existing structure. All deliverables provided as PDF.
2D/3D Design
Full architectural design for a 4-unit rental apartment block (G+1) on a 310 m² plot in Godomey. We delivered complete 2D plans and high-quality 3D renderings using Archicad and Lumion. All files provided digitally as PDF.
2D/3D Design
A bold residential concept built from two 40-foot shipping containers. The design features an open-plan living and kitchen area, a covered terrace with a retractable pergola, a timber-deck outdoor pool, and a rooftop terrace with glass railing — accessible by spiral staircase. Delivered as PDF with full 3D renderings.
Structural Engineering
Structural engineering for a range of building types — reinforced concrete frames from G+1 to G+3, regular and irregular layouts. Our scope covers 3D structural modeling, isolated footing design, column, beam and slab sizing, and finite element load analysis using Robot Structural Analysis. Full PDF documentation provided.
